Good value for delicious boar

Deer roast was good
Got a rôti de cerf delivered last week. It took about 4 days to get here to California, which was pretty decent for international. The meat cooked up really well, and everyone at dinner enjoyed it. Packaging kept it cold. I'd definitely order again if I'm feeling fancy.
Mixed feelings on venison
